Experience – 10 to 12 yearsQualification – Diploma/B.Tech - MechanicalPrefer Industry – Screen PrintingPrefer Location – NCR/DelhiDesire Profile:Hands-on experience of Screen-Printing operations (Auto & Manual Printing m/c)Screen Printing processPre-press activities (screen stretching, coating and development)Hands-on experience of Prepress operations, Color Mixing / Shade Matching.Good knowledge of Screen-printing operations and trouble shooting.Daily planning and coordination.Maintain daily Printing Machine reports.Good Knowledge of SAP & Excel.About the RoleCoordinate with shift supervisor for operations to meet productivity targets and quality standards.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives.Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed.Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
