Junior Source Inspector with machining / fabrication inspection experienceRole PurposeTo perform third-party inspections at supplier and warehouse locations, ensuring products meet drawing, specification, and purchase order requirements before dispatch.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional, visual, and basic functional inspections at supplier sitesVerify parts against engineering drawings, inspection plans, and PO requirementsConduct routine inspections for machined, fabricated, cast, or welded componentsReview basic quality documents (inspection reports, material test certificates, COC)Record inspection results and submit clear inspection reportsHighlight non-conformances and support NCR documentationCoordinate with internal teams and suppliers during inspection visitsTravel extensively to supplier locations across regionsRequired Experience & Skills3–6 years in quality inspection / manufacturing / vendor inspectionAbility to read mechanical drawings and basic GD&TExperience with hand measurement tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges)Exposure to machining, fabrication, casting, or assembly environmentsBasic understanding of quality documentationWillingness to travel extensivelyNice to HaveBasic NDT exposure (VT / PT / UT – Level I or awareness)Oil & gas, heavy engineering, or automotive background
