We are proud to be featured in LinkedIn's Top Startups 2025- Delhi NCR Edition for our innovation and rapid growth.The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.About the Role: The Sourcing Executive – RM & PM will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and procuring high-qualityraw materials(such as essential oils, actives, fragrances, and surfactants) andpackaging materials(such as bottles, jars, caps, labels, and cartons) for personal care products. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, supplier reliability, and timely availability of materials to support smooth production operations.Key Responsibilities: Source and develop reliable suppliers forraw materials (RM)andpackaging materials (PM)used in personal care formulations. Evaluate and negotiate supplier quotations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Collaborate withR&D ,Quality , andProductionteams to identify new ingredients or packaging innovations aligned with brand needs. Conduct regularmarket researchto identify new vendors, materials, and sustainable alternatives. Manage supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, service, and compliance. Coordinate with suppliers for material samples, specifications, and technical data sheets (TDS, COA, MSDS, etc.). Ensure packaging materials meet brand design, sustainability, and regulatory standards. Maintain and update vendor database, purchase orders, and sourcing documentation. Supportcost optimization and new product development (NPD)initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing, and environmental compliance standards.Skills: Strong knowledge ofraw materials and packaging used in cosmetics/personal care . Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Understanding ofquality and regulatory standards (FDA, BIS, etc.) . Familiarity with import/export processes and lead time management. Proficiency inMS Office, MS Excel, ERP System Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving. Good communication and coordination skills.Preferred Attributes: 1-3 years of experience in handlingsustainable or eco-friendly packaging sourcing. Knowledge ofglobal suppliersfor cosmetic actives and specialty ingredients. Exposure toNPD sourcing and vendor development .Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Cost savings achieved on RM & PM sourcing. Supplier performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness). On-time availability of RM & PM for production and NPD. Reduction in lead times and procurement costs. Compliance with quality and sustainability standards.Work Location: Udyog Vihar - Sector 18, Gurgaon
