We have designed and are launching an exclusive boutique 96 room upscale hotel on Surajkund road, Faridabad, with 3 speciality Restaurants and 2 Banquets along with other facilities like in a 4 star property. this is the compny profile on i am workining on it Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager, located in Faridabad. The candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high levels of quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, managing food and beverage services, and coordinating with the kitchen. The manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, resolve customer complaints promptly, and develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in staff Hiring and Training Effective Communication skills Knowledge of Food & Beverage services Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations Relevant experience in the hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Special Note Candidates from Faridabad will be preferred. Candidates who can join within 10–15 days are highly desirable.
