This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills to guide organizations through AI adoption at scale.You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders, shaping copilot strategies, defining architectures, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable implementations across Microsoft and third-party ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Technical LeadershipArchitect end-to-end copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio for enterprise environmentsDesign scalable AI architectures leveraging Azure AI Foundry for model management, evaluation, orchestration, and groundingDefine conversational, integration, and data architectures aligned with client business objectivesDesign multi-copilot ecosystems, orchestration patterns, and reusability frameworksEstablish enterprise standards for prompts, topics, plugins, connectors, and actionsEnterprise Integration & Platform DesignLead integrations with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, and external enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM)Design secure API and data-grounding strategies using structured and unstructured sourcesCollaborate on hybrid architectures leveraging Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and StorageSecurity, Governance & ComplianceDefine copilot governance models including environments, DLP policies, access controls, and lifecycle managementEnsure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirementsDesign authentication and authorization strategies using Entra ID (Azure AD)Establish monitoring, logging, telemetry, and AI evaluation standardsConsulting & Client EngagementPartner with executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and adoption roadmapsLead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and technical design sessionsTranslate business strategy into scalable copilot and AI platform architecturesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to client and internal delivery teamsDelivery & OptimizationOversee build, testing, deployment, and post-production optimizationGuide performance tuning, accuracy improvements, prompt refinement, and grounding strategiesSupport change management and enterprise rollout strategiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in solution, platform, or enterprise architecture rolesProven experience designing and delivering solutions with Microsoft Copilot StudioHands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including model selection, evaluation, orchestration, and groundingDeep expertise in Power Platform architecture and governanceStrong understanding of conversational AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering at enterprise scaleExperience integrating enterprise systems via APIs and connectorsSolid knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity, and security conceptsExcellent client-facing, presentation, and facilitation skillsPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Experience working directly with OpenAI models or APIs (e.g., GPT-based solutions)Experience with Azure OpenAI ServiceBackground in enterprise chatbot or AI platform implementationsFamiliarity with responsible AI, model evaluation, and risk mitigation frameworksMicrosoft certifications (Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Architect, AI Engineer)Experience working in consulting, system integrators, or professional services firmsWhat We OfferWork with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients on AI transformation initiativesInfluence AI strategy and architecture at an organizational levelContinuous learning in rapidly evolving Copilot and AI technologiesCompetitive compensation, benefits, and consulting career growth pathIdeal Candidate ProfileYou are a hands-on AI architect who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys advising senior leaders, and can translate AI innovation into secure, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.
