(IIL) is a leading sensor, displays and instrument cluster manufacturer serving truck / bus / farm tractors / construction equipment and industrial OEMs globally Job Summary: We seek an Engineering Head – Sensors to lead the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge automotive sensors . This role involves technology roadmap planning, product innovation, team leadership, and compliance adherence . The ideal candidate will have extremely strong expertise in sensor physics as well as good exposure to embedded systems, AI-driven perception technologies, and automotive safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Expand range of existing sensors and upgrade their technology develop new technology sensors Expand the sensor engineering team Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and R&D institutions . Key Qualifications: B.E./M.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering . 10+ years in sensor development for automotive applications . Expertise in Optical, ultrasonic, level, Pressure, temperature , speed sensors . Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, and AI-driven sensor integration . Experience with vehicle validation, HIL/SIL testing, and EMI/EMC compliance .
