Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Lead Qualifier based in Faridabad. The Study Abroad Lead Qualifier will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, understanding their educational aspirations, providing initial consultations, and qualifying leads for further engagement. The individual will also assist with maintaining a strong follow-up process, updating client information, and working closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for students. Strong communication and an ability to establish positive client relationships will be central to this role. QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective verbal communicationProficiency in lead qualification, database management, and follow-upsKnowledge of international education systems is a plusStrong organizational and time management abilitiesGood problem-solving skills and client-focused mindsetA positive and professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in any field is preferredExperience in the education consultancy or counseling domain is a bonus
