Location - Pragyanam - Sector 65, Gurgaon Share your CV - Key Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, play-based, and experiential learning activities aligned with the school curriculum Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment for young learners Foster holistic development including language, motor, social, and emotional skills Observe, assess, and document students’ progress and share feedback with parents Collaborate with co-teachers, coordinators, and support staff Communicate effectively with parents during meetings and school events Participate actively in school activities, trainings, workshops, and celebrations Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times Desired Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Post Graduate withNTT / ECCE / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Early Childhood) Minimum1–3 years of experiencein a pre-primary or early childhood setting Passion for working with young children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching Ability to use age-appropriate teaching aids, stories, music, and art Familiarity with NEP and early childhood pedagogy is an added advantage
