Job Role:PRT & TGT (English/Math/Social Science/Music/Dance)Location:DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon, and Sector 70A, GurgaonQualifications: Master's and Bachelor’s degrees in the relevant subject, obtained through the regular (on-campus) mode,along with a B.Ed. qualification. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education. Previous teaching experience in a CBSE/Cambridge school is preferred.Skills:The candidate must have the required subject knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE/Cambridge curriculum. Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning. Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage and maintain discipline within the classroom. Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance. Student Development: Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills. Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments in education. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
