You'll help make sure members have a genuinely good experience inside the Membership, and help us tell the story that brings new ones in.What You'll Do:As a GrowthOps Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the growth strategies of a company’s senior leadership. You will work closely with the Growth leaders at the company (including the co-founder) to assist in data-driven projects, optimize operational processes, and contribute to community engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operations of the memberships verticalIdentify and coordinate with speakers for our events.Supporting the growth team in ideating and executing marketing campaignsPitch in wherever the product needs you; the team is small, so the scope is broad.Help identify new opportunities to drive growth and scale community outreach effortsWho We're Looking For:Strong written communication.Organised by default.Comfortable with ambiguity.
