The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of student acquisition funnels, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaign strategies.This is an Manager role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located on-site at our office in Faridabad. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be tasked with executing online marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing web performance, and ensuring a strong digital presence. Responsibilities also include content creation, performance tracking, and driving engagement across various online channels.Qualifications- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies - Proficiency in Web Analytics and Online Marketing tools - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time management capabilities - Knowledge of marketing trends and emerging digital platforms is a plusKey Responsibilities•Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like:•Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)•Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)•Drive qualified leads for EdTech programs (courses, certifications, webinars, etc.)•Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis•Optimize campaigns for:•Cost per Lead (CPL)•Conversion Rate•ROI / ROAS•Manage landing page coordination with design/tech teams to improve conversions•Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and funnels•Monitor and report campaign performance with actionable insightsRequirements•3+ years of hands-on PPC experience (preferably in EdTech / Education sector)•Strong expertise in:•Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager•Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixels)•Proven track record of lead generation campaigns•Understanding of student behavior, funnel optimization, and remarketing strategies•Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and scale campaigns•Strong communication and coordination skillsPreferred Candidate Profile•Experience working with coaching institutes, online courses, or EdTech platforms•Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing workflowsWhat We Offer•Opportunity to work in a fast-growing EdTech environment•Performance-driven incentives•Hands-on ownership of marketing campaigns-•Growth into a performance marketing lead role
