The position involves supporting artists with their day-to-day tasks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, scheduling and managing client appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. The assistant will also handle customer inquiries, document client requests, and perform administrative duties as needed.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Basic Photography skills to document completed tattoo work for portfolio purposes Research skills to assist with sourcing design inspirations and materials Interest or experience in Art, with a willingness to assist in design and creativity Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset Previous experience in a tattoo studio or similar client-facing role is a plus
