We are hiring Project Manager (MS Dynamics 365 & Digital Transformation) for Leading Global MNC - Japan (Onsite) :- Location: Faridabad/Japan Employment Type: Full-time Experience - 8+ Years Language Requirement: Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) : Mandatory About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and digital transformation initiatives . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of business transformation projects. Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) is mandatory for effective collaboration with Japanese stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage MS Dynamics 365 implementation and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Drive effective stakeholder communication, ensuring expectations are managed across both local and global teams. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, governance, and compliance standards. Track and report on project performance, providing clear visibility on progress and outcomes. Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training sessions (English and Japanese). Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (8+ years) in Project Management , specifically in ERP/CRM projects (preferably MS Dynamics 365) . Strong track record in digital transformation projects . Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above) and strong communication skills in English. Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably with Japanese clients. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master) is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or related cloud technologies . Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation . Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
