This is a hands‑on delivery role that blends project management, consulting, and business analysis—ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and impact.You’ll be in the driver’s seat from discovery through delivery, keeping teams aligned, risks controlled, and outcomes on track across AI and enterprise SaaS engagements.What You’ll DoYou own and lead client engagements end‑to‑end, from discovery to go‑liveYou drive use case definition, business process analysis, and requirements gatheringYou manage engagement governance including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reportingYou act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across customer and internal teamsYou partner with technical teams to shape AI and conversational solutions across platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, or SlackYou maintain strong delivery cadence through clear communication, demos, and proactive issue managementYou champion quality, consistency, and adoption through structured delivery and change managementYou will make a great fit if you have:5+ years of experience in consulting or services as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Business AnalystProven delivery experience in complex, fast‑paced enterprise environmentsExposure to AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS implementationsStrong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skillsExperience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery modelsAn ownership‑driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks and drive outcomesNice to HaveCBAP, PMI‑PBA, CSPO, or similar certificationsAI or automation training (e.g., Microsoft AI Fundamentals, UiPath, Dialogflow)Comfort operating in global delivery models with cross‑regional stakeholders
