Sales & Business Development Manager India Market

Exemplary Voyages, a premier luxury travel company specializing in bespoke Sri Lanka holiday packages and tailor-made Sri Lanka and Maldives tours, is expanding its presence in the Indian market. We are seeking experienced and well-connected Sales & Business Development Professionals based in India, with a strong background in promoting and selling Sri Lanka as a travel destination.This role is ideal for travel professionals who already have experience working with outbound travel from India to Sri Lanka and possess strong relationships within the Indian travel trade.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and expand B2B partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and travel companies across India· Promote Sri Lanka luxury tours, bespoke Sri Lanka holiday packages, and customized itineraries to the Indian outbound market· Drive sales growth and increase market share for Sri Lanka travel products· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing travel partners· Identify and onboard new travel agents and business partners· Conduct sales meetings, presentations, webinars, and training sessions for travel agents· Represent Exemplary Voyages at travel trade shows, networking events, and roadshows in India· Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor insightsMandatory Requirements:· Must be based in India· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outbound travel sales· Proven experience in selling Sri Lanka as a travel destination· Strong existing network with Indian travel agents and tour operators· Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills· Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently· Strong understanding of the Indian outbound luxury and leisure travel marketPreferred Qualifications:· Experience selling luxury Sri Lanka travel packages· Experience working with DMCs, tour operators, or luxury travel companies· Knowledge of Maldives travel products is an added advantageWhat We Offer:· Opportunity to represent a growing luxury Sri Lanka destination specialist· Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives· Flexible work structure based in India· Long-term career growth opportunities· Familiarization trips to Sri Lanka and product training
