Techno-Functional Consultant (D365)

We are hiring a Dynamics365 Techno-Functional Consultant! This role is remote based out of India, a 12-month contract, and is working from 3pm-11pm IST.A Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant specializes in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.This role is vital for organizations aiming to modernize processes and optimize their ERP systems.• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure D365 F&O solutions.• Customize modules such as Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory , Warehouse Management and Human Resource.• Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality.• Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for seamless integration.• Document system configurations and business process flows.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields; a Master’s or certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred.• 2–8+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles.• Experience supporting a retail environment specifically for in-store support• Strong business analysis and project management capabilities.• Proficiency in end-to-end implementation cycles (design to deployment).• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently or as part of a team.Nice to Have Skills & Experience• WMS/Inventory, Point of Sales• Experience to work in Agile squads and onshore-offshore modelIG has benefit options available at a discount.
