Academic Counsellor (Closure Specialist) Role – KRAsJob Summary:* Make 100–120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)* Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls* Monthly Targets - 6-10 Lakhs* Handsome Uncapped Incentives* Follow-ups via email & system generated calls.* Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.* Virtual meetings with decision-makers* CRM updates & team coordination* Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.* Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experienceWork Details:* Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM Availabity (8 hrs of work) (Sun–Thu) | 1–2 hr break (SUNDAY Working)* Off: Fri & Sat | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month* Salary Date: *3rd/4th of each month(Cycle: 26th–25th) DM at 8881607499
