At Delan, we value creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of silhouettes, colors, prints, and patterns that define contemporary women’s fashion.Responsibilities Design and develop women’s wear styles aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and vision Research and interpret current trends in silhouettes, colors, prints, patterns, and fabrics Create fresh design concepts that are both creative and commercially relevant Work closely on sampling, fittings, and design corrections to achieve the desired final product Coordinate with tailors, merchandisers, and production teams for smooth execution Manage and guide the tailoring team to ensure quality and timely output Plan production timelines and oversee the production process Ensure consistency in fit, finishing, and overall garment quality Handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentCandidate Profile Minimum 4years of experiencein women’s wear design Preferably worked with afashion label or established brand Strong understanding ofsilhouettes, colors, prints, patterns, and current fashion trends Good knowledge ofgarment construction, fabrics, and production processes Ability tohandle pressure and manage a team of tailors and merchandisers Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of planning production efficiently Strong creative sense with practical execution skills Good communication and coordination abilitiesLocation:Faridabad Salary:₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per monthApplication: Interested candidates cansend their Work Portfolio along with current CTC and expected CTCtohrdelan31@
