Our focus is on creating clean, intentional silhouettes that feel effortless, timeless, and premium—without loud branding or trend-driven noise.We are deeply focused on flattering, well-considered fits across a wide range of body types, with an emphasis on size inclusivity and thoughtful proportioning rather than one-size aesthetics.The brand draws inspiration from global players like Alo Yoga, Lululemon, and Gymshark, particularly in how they balance comfort, fit consistency, and lifestyle appeal.A key differentiator is our in-house manufacturing facility, allowing designers to work closely with fabrics, sampling, and production teams to bring designs to life end-to-end.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Fashion Designer located in Faridabad, with some flexibility for remote work. We are looking for a Fashion Designer with strong creative instincts and experience in loungewear / athleisure / contemporary apparel, who understands how to elevate basic silhouettes through minimal, thoughtful design.This role is ideal for someone who:believes great design lies in fit, proportion, and restraintis passionate about creating flattering silhouettes for diverse body typesenjoys working hands-on in a startup and factory-led environmentEstimated Compensation: 3-6 LPA Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and refine loungewear & athleisure silhouettes (tops, bottoms, coordinated sets)Elevate essential styles through subtle design interventions—fit, proportion, seam placement, trims, and finishesFocus on body-inclusive design, ensuring garments are flattering and comfortable across sizesWork closely with in-house manufacturing teams during sampling and fittingsCollaborate with fabric specialists on material selection and development (jersey, terry, rib, pointelle, etc.)Create and maintain tech packs, design sketches, and sample feedbackEnsure design intent translates accurately into productionResearch global and domestic markets to stay aligned with premium, minimal, inclusive design standardsContribute to shaping the long-term design language and fit philosophy of the brandQualificationsProficiency in Fashion Design with creativity and innovative design skillsKnowledge of Textiles and an eye for selecting textures, patterns, and materialsExperience with Embroidery techniques and integrating them into apparelExpertise in fitting and garment construction for optimal aesthetics and comfortAttention to detail, time management skills, and strong communication abilitiesUnderstanding of fashion trends and industry standardsDegree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferredExperience designing for loungewear, athleisure, or premium casual wearStrong understanding of quiet luxury, minimalism, and premium detailingSomeone who knows how to make simple silhouettes stand out through fit and restraint, not graphics or loud designDemonstrated sensitivity toward size inclusivity and body-positive designComfort working in a startup environment with evolving processesWillingness to be hands-on at a manufacturing facilityStrong collaboration and communication skillsWhy Join Us:Hands-on exposure to in-house manufacturing and fabric developmentHigh ownership and creative impact in an early-stage startupOpportunity to help build a design-led, size-inclusive premium brand from the ground upIdeal for designers who value craft, fit excellence, and long-term brand buildingHow to Apply:Please email hiring.secondform@ with the following:Your resumeYour portfolio (loungewear/athleisure work preferred)A brief note on your design approach, especially around fit and inclusivity
