The Executive Assistant will manage executive administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing comprehensive support to leadership. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.QualificationsExperience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and financial documentationStrong expertise in providing Executive Support and Administrative Assistance to senior managementExceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal abilitiesProficiency with office software and tools such as MS Office Suite and MS excelStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptabilityBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
