The consultant will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end compensation management solutions aligned with business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation moduleGather, analyze, and document business requirements related to:Salary planningBonus planningVariable payIncentive programsConfigure:Compensation templatesEligibility rulesBudget calculationsProration rulesGuidelines and recommendation logicWork on Compensation Worksheets, Route Maps, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)Integrate Compensation module with:Employee Central (EC)Variable PayPerformance & GoalsSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve defectsProvide post-go-live support and system enhancementsEnsure data accuracy and compliance with compensation policiesPrepare functional specifications and documentationRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors CompensationAt least 1–2 full-cycle implementationsStrong knowledge of:Compensation planning cyclesBudget managementGuidelines and pay matricesExecutive ReviewExperience with:SAP SF Employee Central integrationRole-Based Permissions (RBP)Business RulesKnowledge of HR processes and compensation strategiesStrong client-facing and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsCertification in SAP SuccessFactors CompensationExperience in global compensation processesKnowledge of data migration and reportingBasic understanding of EC Payroll integrationWHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
