Job Title: Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Global Implementations)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 8–20 yearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead global ERP implementation projects across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing international D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure successful delivery.This role requires hands-on ownership of project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and go-live activities for complex, multi-country ERP rollouts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation projects across multiple countries and regionsDefine and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependenciesDrive global rollout strategy including core template, localization, and phased/wave deploymentsCoordinate with global and regional stakeholders, business users, and technical teamsManage system integrators, vendors, and offshore/onshore teamsOversee data migration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and go-live activitiesEstablish and run project governance, status reporting, and steering committee meetingsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues proactivelyEnsure alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirementsSupport hypercare and transition to support post go-liveRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager on D365 or Dynamics AX implementationsStrong experience in international / global ERP rollouts (multi-country, multi-region)Hands-on exposure to D365 Finance & Supply Chain modulesSolid understanding of ERP implementation lifecycleExperience managing localization, compliance, and regulatory requirementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with Microsoft partners and system integratorsExcellent planning, coordination, and risk management skillsWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on large-scale global D365 programsCollaborative and growth-focused environmentExposure to international clients and transformation initiativesCompetitive compensation and benefits
