This is a permanent remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic global team.Responsibilities * Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility with U.S. payers (commercial and government). * Confirm benefits, co-pays, deductibles, and authorization requirements prior to services. * Communicate effectively with providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve coverage issues. * Accurately document verification results in client systems and maintain audit-ready records. * Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders. * Stay updated on payer policies, coverage changes, and industry best practices. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.Qualifications * Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in insurance verification for U.S. providers. * Strong understanding of U.S. insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, PPO, HMO, etc.). * Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and insurance portals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently in a remote setting. * Strong organizational and time management skills.
