If you live and breathe hardware design and love bringing complex systems from concept to production, let’s talk.What you’ll do: ● Design and development of IoT hardware platforms, including data loggers, gateways, and sensor modules. ● Own schematic capture, PCB design, component selection, and validation for high-reliability electronics. efficient layout practices, Power Management, Impedance matching, EMI/EMC compliance. Product level understanding & testing. ● Collaborate with firmware/software teams to ensure seamless HW/SW integration Mechanical team for product design development. ● Perform board bring-up, debugging, and optimization of power, performance, and thermal design. ● Work with vendors and manufacturing partners on prototyping, DFM/DFT, certifications (CE/FCC/UL), and mass production. ● Define hardware architecture, test strategies, and ensure compliance with safety/EMI/EMC standards. ● Mentor junior engineers, drive reviews, and maintain high standards of documentation and design quality.What you’ll bring ● Strong expertise in schematic design and multi-layer PCB layout (Altium, OrCAD). ● Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, processors, and SoCs (ARM, ESP32, STM32 etc.). ● Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, CAN, PCIe). ● Power electronics experience: DC-DC converters, PMICs, battery management, and low-power design. ● Debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and hardware probes (JTAG/SWD). ● Familiarity with RF/Wireless modules (Wi-Fi, BLE, GSM) and antenna integration. ● Proven ability to take products from prototype to production with contract manufacturers.Nice to have:FPGA experience, analog/mixed-signal design, thermal simulation, and exposure to automotive/industrial standards.Why Inditronics: ● Work on real products deployed globally—where innovation directly meets impact. ● Ownership from concept to production with freedom to shape designs. ● Collaborate with a sharp, mission-driven team building category-defining hardware.How to apply Send your resume/portfolio tohr@with the subject “Senior Hardware Design Engineer”.
