Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a QAD Functional Consultant. The consultant will focus on implementing and optimizing QAD solutions, analyzing business requirements, designing and improving business processes, and delivering tailored system configurations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing guidance to stakeholders, and delivering robust solutions that align with operational objectives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to understand, evaluate, and solve complex business and system challengesExceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersExpertise in Business Process analysis and improvement to align systems with operational goalsConsulting experience to deliver tailored recommendations and drive successful QAD implementationsKnowledge of Finance processes to support system integration and optimize business efficiencyAbility to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities effectivelyExperience in the manufacturing industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
