Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Head / CFO-level professional with 20+ years of experience in financial management, preferably from a manufacturing background. We are not considering profiles with current designations such as Senior Engineer — the candidate should be heading the finance function, leading a team, and directly reporting to the Managing Director.The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in:Financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis specific to manufacturing operations.Cash flow management, including preparation and analysis of cash flow statements, managing working capital, and ensuring timely invoice collections to maintain healthy liquidity.Banking and financial negotiations, including handling bank credit facilities, arranging working capital, and optimizing credit limits.SAP proficiency, balance sheet preparation, monthly and annual financial reporting, and variance analysis.Strategic thinking and risk management — identifying potential financial risks and implementing proactive corrective measures.Cost optimization and internal control improvements to ensure financial stability and support long-term organizational goals.The candidate should be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and top management to drive financial strategy and business growth.
