Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate- Finance and Accounts Location: Erode CTC: 4 to 5 Lakhs About us: Avega Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading Fund accounting firm with a presence in multiple locations. Roles and Responsibilities: > Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements. > Review and filing of statutory compliances like GST, TDS and Income tax. > Review and processing of accounts payable. > Perform Intercompany reconciliation > Handling of Audit and finalisation > Handle queries from various stake holders > Ensure adherence to agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Requirements: > Education: B Com/M Com with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience or CMA Inter with 1-2 years of relevant experience or CA Article ship completed > Skill Sets Advance knowledge from accounting to Finalization of Accounts. Basic working knowledge in reporting and statutory compliances like direct & indirect taxes, Ability to read and understand various documents including financials. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Good communication skills Team Management Skills and willingness to monitor and mentor other staff. Hands-on experience with TALLY and MS office
