Need strict Adherence to time/duty schedules Adherence to the policies of the company  Answer mails and follow up or escalate if necessary Proper technical solutions to queries should be done Make calls and tag call records for necessary actions which may differ in the type of process To handle mails within the prescribed agreement as per the update from the TL Complete resolution to each query to be made by follow up’s if necessary  To maintain quality of mails & calls To handle the calls within the prescribed SLA To maintain quality of calls Need to be updated with the current product and process information’s Must follow proper dress code and floor discipline Job Descriptions will be subjected to change on changes to the process
