Junior Accounts Executive

Company: One of the largest logistics Company , based out of Marine Drive Kochi ,working in the transportation sector, The Company has it's network spread across all the five states of South India Goa, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. It has a corporate turnover of Rs 300 Cr. Role Summary : Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, by managing Bank Book,Cash book, ensuring timely reconciliation and supporting day today accounting operations Key Responsibilities: 1.Maintain and update Bank Book and Cash Book on a daily basis 2.Record all receipts , payments and financial transactions accurately. 3.Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly (Daily /weekly/Monthly) 4.Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and Company Records. 5.Monitor Cash Balances and ensure proper cash handling procedures. 6.Verify and process vouchers, invoices and payment entries 7.Coordinate with banks for transaction clarifications and issue resolution 8,Assist in the month end and year end closing activities 9.Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards 10.Support audits by providing required financial records and reports Key Skills Required: Strong Knowledge of accounting Principles (Tally//ERP/Excel) Experience in Bank Reconciliation & cash management. High attention to detail and accuracy Good analytical & Problem solving skills Basic Understanding of financial controls and Compliances. Educational Qualifications and experience: with 2 years experience in Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation Salary: Rs 2 lakhs -2.5 lakhs per annum J
