Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain LC architecture, data models, and integration patterns.Translate loyalty program requirements into scalable technical solutions.Lead solution design for earn/burn logic, tiers, promotions, and partner integrations.Deep understanding of integrations, ability to further integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with the company's broader tech stack. Ability to leverage on the existing integration teams.Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PCI requirements in solution design.Provide guidance to developers and external partners on coding standards.Evaluate existing Salesforce environments and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance.Conduct system audits and prepare architectural documentation to support decision-making and complianceContinuously research and integrate emerging Salesforce features and technologies to optimize solution architecture.Requirements:7 years of Salesforce experience, with 2+ years in Loyalty Cloud.Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, preferably within the loyalty program space. Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and customer engagement programs.Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (POS, ecommerce, middleware).Strong communication and documentation skills.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead remote teams effectively.Salesforce Architect certification(s) highly preferred.
