Legal Manager Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Salary:65,000/- to  ₹75,000 per month per month Experience: 5–10 years of experience in an in-house legal role within a corporate environment, preferably in the financial services industry Qualification: LLB About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to oversee the organization’s legal functions and ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves managing legal risks, handling complex contracts, supporting business operations, and providing strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly within the financial services sector Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks to safeguard the organization’s interests Act as the primary legal liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements (client, vendor, partnership, employment, etc.) Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution in coordination with external legal counsel Provide legal advisory support to internal departments and senior management on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing company policies and procedures Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments Deliver training and awareness sessions on legal and compliance matters for internal teams. Requirements LLB qualification (mandatory) 5–10 years of experience in an in-house legal role within a corporate environment, preferably in the financial services industry Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and contract management Proven experience in handling litigation and dispute resolution Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters effectively
