Experience: 7–12 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysWe are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SuccessFactors Business Integration Builder (BIB) to support seamless data replication between Employee Central (EC) and SAP ERP HCM. Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and maintain BIB for EC → SAP HCM data replicationManage end-to-end integration using APIs/middlewareMonitor and troubleshoot data replication issuesPerform root cause analysis and system enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams for testing & complianceDocument integration design and changes Required Skills:5+ years of SAP HCM experience with hands-on BIBStrong knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time)Experience in EC–SAP ECC/ERP integration (min. 2 full lifecycle projects)Hands-on with integration monitoring tools & ABAP debuggingStrong analytical and communication skills
