Join our mission to innovate and lead the way in environmentally-friendly transportation.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Electrical Utility Engineer with 06+ years of proven expertise in  plant electrical system  , utilities  installation and management in large-scale manufacturing environments.Qualifications· Lead the plant utilities  · Plan, install and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, transformers (up to 1250 KVA, 11kV/440V), DG sets, Cooling towers, compressors and Plant electrical infra· Ensure effective operation and upkeep of utility systems – compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, ETP/STP, RO plants.· Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen, RCA, and ISO compliance initiatives to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency..· Ensure safety compliance through SOPs, statutory inspections, and EHS practices in line with BIS, IEC, NBC, NFPA, and CEIG regulations.· Develop and monitor KPIs for continuous performance improvement. · Oversee AMC & vendor management, spare parts inventory control, and vendor negotiations to reduce maintenance costs.·      Education:o  B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)Experience:-o  Minimum 6+ years in plant Electrical Utility , with at least 2 years in a leadership/HOD role. Technical Skills:-o  Strong knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, PLC/SCADA, VFDs, automation, utilities, and mechanical systems.o  Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical circuits, ·      Managerial Skills:o  Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.o  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization.o  Ability to handle audits, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
