Role Overview We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work closely with the Chairman in driving key strategic initiatives across Lakshya and its partner brands including Elance and Rays. This role will serve as a central coordination and execution function, ensuring strong alignment between leadership teams, business units, and strategic priorities during a period of rapid expansion. The role will work closely with CEOs, promoters, and leadership teams to ensure that strategic goals are translated into structured execution, measurable outcomes, and scalable organizational systems. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between leadership, operations, marketing, academics, and support functions, ensuring seamless coordination, disciplined execution, and effective performance monitoring across organizations. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary coordination point between the Chairman's Office and the leadership teams of partner brands. Work closely with the Chairman, CEOs, and promoters to drive execution of strategic initiatives across organizations. Ensure alignment of goals, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables across Lakshya and partner institutions. Develop structured execution roadmaps for key organizational priorities and expansion initiatives. Support organizational structuring, hiring plans, and leadership development, including building strong first-line and second-line leadership teams. Implement and standardize systems, operational processes, MIS frameworks, and reporting mechanisms. Monitor and track key performance metrics including marketing performance, admissions, revenue growth, hiring progress, and operational efficiency. Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, academics, finance, and student services to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Identify operational gaps, risks, and dependencies and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks. Drive inter-brand collaboration and strategic synergies to support shared growth objectives. Lead process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives to improve scalability across organizations. Facilitate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and performance discussions, ensuring disciplined action tracking and accountability. Support expansion initiatives, new launches, and transformation projects across Lakshya and partner brands. Willingness to travel as required. Candidate Profile 8+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Strategy, Operations, or Business Leadership roles. MBA / Postgraduate degree preferred from a reputed institution. Experience in the education, coaching, or EdTech industry will be strongly preferred. Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or business units. Strong background in operations management, team building, and organizational development. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership. Strong analytical capabilities with experience in MIS reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
