Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultant (MUST BE Certified)

Role:Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultants Position Type:Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration:6 months+ Work Schedule:8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location:100% remoteWe are looking for candidates with strong Workday experience, but their Time and Absence knowledge must be equally as strong. They must have supported at least 2 global implementations and/or transformation projects within Workday Time and Absence and be Workday Certified.Required Qualifications: • Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management (must be current). • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience. • Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence. • Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies. • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
