Core Responsibilities - 1 Production Delivery Ensure full production capacity fulfillment and meet all daily weekly target achievements Guarantee timely delivery of orders according to committed schedules Proactively identify analyze and implement solutions for resolving bottlenecks to maintain continuous flow 2 Efficiency Quality Implement strategies to significantly increase overall factory efficiency Lead line balancing and optimization efforts to maximize throughput Drive quality improvisation by minimizing defects and enhancing process control 3 Reporting Performance Management Conduct daily reviews and report on outputs Production vs Target to senior management Drive Daily Reconciliation of Production DRP with planning and inventory to ensure accuracy Track and report on key measures like Efficiency Percentage Defect Rate and PPH Pieces Per Hour daily Use reported data to take immediate corrective action on underperforming lines or processes 4 Team Management Provide strong leadership for supervisors and operators Focus on manpower building development and effective allocation Maintain a safe and compliant working environment Requirements 8 years in garment manufacturing with 3-5 years in a senior managerial role Proven expertise in Industrial Engineering line balancing and lean manufacturing principles Strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills Benefits As per industry
