Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services - Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently - Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers - Generate leads and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities - Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up details - Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support - Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets - Build and maintain positive customer relationships Eligibility Criteria: - Education: Higher Secondary / Graduate in any discipline - Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply - Languages: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred Preferred Qualities: - Positive attitude and confidence in communication - Ability to work in a target-oriented environment - Good listening and interpersonal skills - Professional and customer-focused approach
