Senior/Student Counsellor - Europe & Multi-destination (Kolkata)

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior/Student Counsellor – Europe & Multi-Destination to join our Kolkata office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to guiding students toward successful international education pathways across Europe and other key destinations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional counselling and end-to-end guidance to students and their families - Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their academic profile, career goals, and visa requirements - Manage the complete application lifecycle, including documentation, submission, offer processing, and visa guidance - Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure a smooth and transparent student journey - Stay updated on education systems, admission requirements, and visa policies for Europe and other assigned destinations - Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates in CRM systems - Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities to represent the organization and generate prospective leads - Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and service delivery Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory) - 4–5 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in Europe and multi-destination markets - Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements - Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple student cases with attention to detail and timelines - Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and MS Office applications Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (Kolkata Office) Salary: Negotiable – based on experience and expertise Note: This position is best suited for candidates with prior experience in international student counselling.
