Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled Visualizer for the Kolkata branch. The Visualizer will be responsible for developing ideating and planning creative campaigns and visual concepts, designing graphical content, and enhancing visuals with creative insights. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members to produce high-quality designs, drawing conceptual layouts, and ensuring each project meets the standards of both creativity and functionality. Qualifications - 3+ years in agency/brand setup - Strong campaign thinking (not just social media creatives) - A portfolio that shows ideas, not just design skills - Proficiency in Visualization and creative conceptualization techniques - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work - Ability to work in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines
