Looking for a smart, reliable, and well-organized Personal Assistant to support me in both business coordination and daily scheduling. This is a high-responsibility role with direct exposure to multiple business operations. Role includes: • Managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups • Coordinating across multiple business activities (Raimohan Tea Estate, NB Agro Tea Estate, Santiniketan Handlooms Private Limited, Webbing India Private Limited, HO) • Handling communication with staff and external contacts • Ensuring execution and completion of assigned work Requirements: • Graduate (MBA / Mass Communication / Commerce preferred) • Strong communication skills (Bengali + Hindi | basic English preferred) • Organized, disciplined, and able to take ownership • Comfortable with occasional travel if required Residential option available (not mandatory for local candidates).
