Role Description Talent Acquisition & Strategic Hiring : Design end-to-end recruitment frameworks to attract top-tier tech and operations talent. You will partner with founders to map workforce planning against business roadmaps. Onboarding & Culture Building : Create structured onboarding plans to integrate new hires quickly. You will intentionally shape a culture of ‘one team, one goal‘ to maintain high engagement. Compensation & Total Rewards : Design competitive salary structures and ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) philosophies to attract and retain talent in a lean environment. Operations & Compliance : Oversee payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure legal compliance with labor laws (e.g., POSH in India). Startup Scaling : Evolve HR processes as the team grows. Requirements & Qualifications Experience : 6 & Above years of HR experience, ideally within a tech startup or e-commerce ecosystem. Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS , ATS platforms, and data analytics tools. Soft Skills : High emotional intelligence, exceptional conflict-resolution abilities, and the ability to operate with ‘speed, structure, and data-driven decision making‘.
