Interior Designer

Job Opening: Interior Designer (AutoCAD & 3D Visualization Specialist) Role Overview We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Interior 3D Designer with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing detailed drawings and realistic 3D visualizations for office interiors, Brand experience spaces, Visitor centers, Memorials, Heritage institutions and Exhibitions. The role requires a balance of design creativity, technical precision, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Space Planning: Analyse site measurements and develop, space-efficient, and aesthetic interior designs and events. - Design & Drafting: Create 2D layouts, floor plans, ceiling plans, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD. - 3D Visualization: Develop realistic 3D models and renderings for client presentations using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Vray, or Enscape. - Documentation: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR), material specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Prepare technical drawings suitable for fabrication and site execution. - Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and art director to ensure design compliance. - Site Supervision: Visit project sites to ensure work aligns with designed specifications.
