Creative Designer

We're a full-service digital marketing and branding agency operating across India and the US, and we're looking for a Creative Designer who brings aesthetic intelligence, executional speed, and an instinct for what makes a brand feel premium. What you'll own - - Conceiving and producing visual assets across social media, digital ads, decks, branding, and print — from first concept to final export - Building and maintaining client brand systems — visual identity, style guides, templates, tone-of-voice in design - Collaborating with the content, performance, and accounts teams to translate strategy into high-performing creative - Designing for ElevateLive — event branding, stage visuals, booth graphics, and on-ground collateral - Meeting tight turnaround windows without letting quality slip — speed and craft, not one or the other What we're looking for - - 1–3 years of design experience in a digital agency, studio, or fast-paced in-house environment - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — and working knowledge of Figma or Canva Pro - A portfolio that demonstrates range — branding, social creatives, decks, and at least one campaign end-to-end - Strong typographic sensibility and an eye for hierarchy, spacing, and colour — you notice things others scroll past - Ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver without needing to be held by hand through every revision - Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere) — a strong plus This role is not for you if - - You need constant direction and can't take initiative when the brief is light - Your portfolio is 90% Canva templates and 10% originals - You treat feedback as personal criticism rather than craft refinement What's on offer - - Competitive salary + performance incentives - Live event exposure via ElevateLive - Work across 10+ industries and client verticals - Fast growth — we promote from within, quickly - High-autonomy, low-bureaucracy culture - Offices in Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai & Tampa Send your portfolio + CV to career@ with the subject line Creative Designer — [One word that describes you]
