Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Durgapur (Full-time On-site) About the Role: This is not a conventional diary-management Executive Assistant role. The selected candidate will act as the Director’s strategic right hand, handling sensitive information, research-driven assignments, and high-impact projects that require independent thinking, strong execution capability, and attention to detail. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can convert complex situations into structured outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Research & Strategic Insights - Conduct structured research on projects, vendors, markets, and emerging trends across domains such as ITES, Sustainable Agriculture, and Education - Prepare decision-ready briefing notes, reports, and executive summaries - Analyze information and present actionable insights for leadership review Documentation & Reporting - Take ownership of all documentation including SOPs, project reports, compliance records, and meeting minutes - Convert discussions into actionable outcomes with proper tracking and version control - Ensure high accuracy, quality, and confidentiality across all documentation Planning & Execution - Develop timelines, feasibility studies, and project execution plans - Prepare professional presentations, reports, and working documents - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items and deliverables Calendar & Coordination - Manage the Director’s calendar proactively across multiple priorities - Anticipate scheduling conflicts and prepare in advance - Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders Eligibility Criteria: Mandatory Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent field - 2–4 years of experience in Executive Support, Project Coordination, Research, or similar roles - Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS Office - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Preferred Skills: - Canva or presentation design skills - Strong written and spoken English communication - Interest in sustainability and education initiatives - High integrity, patience, ownership mindset, and positive attitude Who Should Apply: You are a fit if: - You enjoy solving problems independently - You can manage ambiguity with confidence - You write clearly and think strategically - You take ownership without constant supervision - You value quality, accountability, and follow-through You are NOT a fit if: - You prefer routine administrative work only - You require step-by-step instructions for execution - You avoid difficult follow-ups or accountability What We Offer - Competitive compensation and benefits - 5-day work week in a professional MNC environment - Direct mentorship from leadership - Cross-industry exposure and growth opportunities Preference: Candidates based in Durgapur or willing to relocate from nearby locations will be preferred.
