Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts & Finance Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting records, financial documentation, and administrative coordination. This role is vital in ensuring accuracy in financial data, smooth office operations, and process efficiency within a fast-paced wealth management environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance Operations - Maintain and update financial records, accounting entries, and ledgers - Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance - Track expenses, invoices, and payment records - Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation - Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for finance-related requirements Administrative & Operational Support - Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation - Maintain organized filing systems and financial data records - Support management with reports, data preparation, and operational tasks - Assist in ensuring process discipline and documentation compliance Coordination & MIS - Provide support for client-related documentation and internal account records - Maintain and update MIS reports using Excel and internal systems - Coordinate with different departments for data verification and process completion Skills & Competencies Required - Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes - Knowledge of account reconciliation and financial record management - Good administrative and coordination skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting) - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and within a team Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in accounts, finance operations, or administration - Experience in a financial services or wealth management firm will be an added advantage
