Role Overview:We are looking for a Sales Officer who can actively engage with customers in the Durg market and drive business numbers. This role is field-focused and requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers and explain product benefits clearly. Generate leads through local market visits, follow-ups, and networking. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Achieve monthly revenue and business targets. Maintain daily activity updates and report to the manager. Requirements: Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 1 to 3 years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred). Strong interpersonal and convincing ability. Comfortable traveling within the local area for fieldwork.
