Position: Vehicle Maintenance head Location: Durg, Chhattisgarh Experience: 10–15+ years in vehicle maintenance or construction equipment management Job Description: We are urgently looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Lead to manage and oversee the maintenance of a large and diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment used in construction operations. Key Responsibilities: Abiliy to manage all vehcles across multiple sites. Understand and resolve maintenance issues effectively. Coordinate with drivers across multiple sites. Communicate and report regularly to the central office. Possess sound knowledge of vehicle parts and their market prices. Take prompt, practical decisions that benefit the company. Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules. Lead maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Good coordination and communication abilities. Knowledge of heavy vehicles, trucks, and construction machinery. Ability to handle multiple tasks and sites simultaneously. Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Note: The candidate will not be directly responsible for monitoring the purchase department.
