Key Responsibilities: Network Design: Develop and design optical fiber networks based on project specifications and customer requirements. Installation: Oversee the installation of optical fiber cables, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct testing and troubleshooting of optical networks using specialized equipment to ensure optimal performance. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network designs, installations, and maintenance activities. Project Management: Coordinate with team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns regarding their fiber optic networks. Training: Train junior engineers and technicians on best practices and new technologies in optical fiber installations and maintenance.
