Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Durg for a Service Engineer at Akasa Finance Limited. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electric vehicles (EVs), diagnosing vehicle issues, and ensuring that all services comply with company standards. Additional tasks include providing technical support to customers, collaborating with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and conducting routine inspections to maintain the operational efficiency of financed vehicles. Qualifications Technical skills: Maintenance, Repair, and Diagnostics of electric vehicles (EVs) Customer support skills: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers Collaboration skills: Working with manufacturers to resolve technical issues Inspection and compliance skills: Conducting routine inspections and ensuring services meet company standards Relevant experience in the automotive or EV industry Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering or a related field
