Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center Delegate responsibilities and coordinate tasks effectively among staff Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with project goals Hire, train, and supervise center personnel Foster collaboration across departments and maintain a positive work culture Uphold high standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism Engage with local communities and stakeholders to promote social impact Develop and implement strategic plans for center growth and sustainability Candidate Requirements: Proven leadership and team management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to delegate, coordinate, and motivate effectively High ethical standards and a commitment to public service Socially conscious with a community-oriented mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
